Cancellation Policy

Welcome! I'm so excited to work with you and support you on your journey. Below, you’ll find a few important policies to ensure our time together runs smoothly. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. 1. Payment & Session Confirmation To confirm your session, payment is required 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. This helps us both stay organized and committed to your progress. Once your payment is received, your session will be officially confirmed, and I’ll send you a friendly reminder 24 hours before our meeting. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us both the time to make any necessary adjustments. If a session is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a $30 fee will be applied. The remaining session fee balance will be applied to your next invoice. 3. No-Show Policy I understand that life can get busy, but I encourage you to take advantage of the 24-hour window to cancel or reschedule your session if something comes up. If you miss a session without prior notice, a 50% fee will be deducted from your pre-paid session fee. The remaining balance will be applied to your next scheduled session. This policy helps ensure that we’re both making the most of our time together. I’m here to support you, and I truly appreciate your understanding. 4. Confidentiality Policy Our coaching sessions are a safe, supportive space where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, and goals. As your coach, I am fully committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our conversations. What we discuss stays between us, always. You’re welcome to share with others that we are working together, but I do ask that you use discretion when doing so, as our work is deeply personal. I consider being part of your journey a privilege and will always hold that trust with the utmost respect. I’m here to help you thrive and achieve your goals.
